Tabriz; Bahram Yaqoubi, a teacher union activist, was arrested

Bahram Yaqoubi, an activist of the teachers’ union in Tabriz, was arrested by the security forces at his home on Tuesday, October 12.
During the search of Mr. Yaqoubi’s house, the agents seized a number of electronic devices, including his phones and computers, and those of his family members and took them with them.
According to Harana news agency, the news organ of the group of human rights activists in Iran, on Tuesday, October 12, 1401, Bahram Yaqoubi
, an activist of the teachers’ union in Tabriz, was arrested by the security forces.
An informed source close to Mr. Yaqoubi’s family told Herana:
“At the time of the teacher’s arrest, the officers searched his home and seized a number of digital devices, including his phone and computers, and those of his family members and took them with them.”
The lack of news about the fate of Mr. Yaqoubi, who has been transferred to an unknown place, has led to an increase in his family’s worries.”
