היא עיירה פלסטינית בנפת שכם במרכז השומרון, חמישה ק”מ צפונית מזרחית לשכם וכ-500 מטר מדרום מערב להתנחלות אלון מורה. לפי נתוני הלשכה הפלסטינית המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, העיירה מנתה 3,216 תושבים באמצע שנת 2016[1].

’Azmut
(Arabic: عزموط) is a Palestinian village in the Nablus Governorate in the eastern West Bank, located five kilometers northeast of Nablus. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), the village had a population of 2,724 inhabitants in mid-2006.[2]
a group of Israeli settlers uprooted and stole nearly 35 olive saplings after sneaking into the village of Azmut, to the east of Nablus in the north of the occupied West Bank, said the dailies, which reported that residents of the village were shocked in the morning after finding out that 35 olive saplings were uprooted by a group of Israeli settlers who sneaked into a northern outskirt of the village the previous night.25/April/2022 Wafa News
